Many things frustrated the riders that showed up for this ride. I took my jacket on and off over three times, until I figured out how to run the wires for the heated gloves. (It was 26 degrees this morning). Another rider couldn't get his bike to start and had to charge the battery. A different rider went back into the house numerous times to get proper cold weather gear. A different rider had a slow speed lowside just outside of his driveway. It took determination to get to this ride today, and the five riders that showed up, had it in spades. It was a good ride as well, despite having to slab 30 minutes to get over to NJ in the first place. After that it was: "Welcome to NJ, where there is a car perpetually in front of you". Honestly, we were only behind cars at the beginning and end of the ride, the middle was cool. We even rode on "Shades of Death" road and lived to tell about it.
